Visualizing Deloitte’s Government-Facing AI Offerings

As AI is quickly emerging as an invaluable resource, businesses and public agencies are identifying how AI can integrate into their daily functions to make work more efficient. Deloitte now offers a unique product to help public agencies integrate AI into their workplaces.

CortexAI™ for Government (CfG) unites Artificial Intelligence with Business Intelligence (AI + BI) to help government and public sector agencies streamline business processes and tackle complex decision challenges with ease. Throughline built an interactive ecosystem on our proprietary software, NimbleStory, to help communicate CfG's value at a high level for all public sector executives and decision makers.

Intent

Deloitte has a robust AI product offering for public agencies through CortexAI™ for Government (CfG) and was experiencing challenges in explaining its function and value to decision-makers in public organizations. Often sales conversations would focus on the mechanics of the AI capabilities, rather than the impact to an organization. Deloitte approached Throughline to visualize their complex platform in a simple way, to highlight the most significant impacts to a public sector organization.

Through a series of conversations and co-creative sessions, Throughline developed an interactive map that visualizes an ecosystem as a series of buildings, powered by CortexAI™ for Government. The map, which is powered by NimbleStory, articulates the most significant business areas positively affected by CfG.

Each of the 12 business functions delineated on the map also have a drill-down image that shares ideas for how AI can integrate into that area and the value it can bring to that work.

In another set of drilldowns, Throughline visualizes an agency’s CfG customer journey when partnering with Deloitte and how Deloitte uses AI Engines to configure their custom solutions.

IMPACT

Deloitte is now able to succinctly articulate their CfG offerings to prospects, existing customers, and internal audiences in a unique way. This solution is currently available on Deloitte’s public website, where anyone can learn more about how Deloitte uses AI to positively impact government agencies. On average, this map records 6,000 impressions a month on Deloitte’s site.
